Shipping policy

1. Shipment Processing Time. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, although some exceptions do occur based on mail carrier. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Time. Our fulfillment center offers UPS and USPS shipping options for transit. Orders over $75 get free shipping. Please view the chart below to see our shipping options. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and weight of your order.

USPS Shipping Options

• USPS Ground Advantage (3-5 days)

• USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) 

Free Shipping. Free shipping is offered for orders totaling $75 and over. Free shipping is an economy rate with estimated shipping time of 5-10 days.

3. International Shipping. At this time, we are not offering international shipping. A new product launch is daunting and we need more time to iron out our processes and inventory before expanding into new markets.
